Bad pains

I am having really bad pains. My stomach is gurgling something fierce and the pains are in my stomach. They come in strong then subside. I had a bowel movement, but the pain is still happening. And I feel nauseous. I only ate almonds for a snack tonight, but I've had them plenty times before. Could it be an ulcer?? Or just a bad BM?? I'd feel like an idiot calling the doctor because of a bad BM 😳

I would guess BM or gas. If gas is bad enough, it can be quite painful and make you nauseous. Do you have Gas-X on hand? It's worth a try. It might give you some relief. I hope you feel better soon.

Don't feel hesitant to call your surgeon and if it persist go to the ER. So many things could cause pain from excess poo to ulcers to kinks to blockage.
