Well, I've been hovering at the same weight for a few weeks now, and it's frustrating! LOL I know this is probably a point where my weight loss slows but ill lose inches instead, but that high of losing is hard to come down from.

Also, my hunger is back in full force! Boo...I guess I really need to be super-vigilant about tracking food and exercise. It hasn't helped that I started working again, so that has drastically cut into my gym time. *sigh* It will work itself out

You and I had surgery the same week.  I just got done with a 3 week plateau and then dropped 4 lbs.  I didn't change the way I eat on my plateau, I just waited it out.

Sometimes waiting is all we can do no matter how stressful it can be, especially if we are holding ourselves accountable with food logs, fluid intake and exercise. GOOD LUCK to everyone who posted. I'm right there with you--- back to the basics!
