loose skin vs fat
I don't think any lotion will help with excess skin. It's not just that the skin is loose, it's that we've grown extra skin to cover our large bodies. Once you grow skin, you can't ungrow it. There is no lotion that will ungrow skin.

What Kelly said is right. All you can do it PS and that means big $$$$$. My butt looks like a big old sadle bag hanging there now. Not pretty. Sorry that is just how it is.

Skin is just skin and a very thin layer of tissue below it. Fat is... well... fat. I guess i am not understanding where the confusion comes in. If your excess "skin" does more than just hang completely flat against your body, and has any thickness or weight to it, it still has excess fat attached to it.
Collagen lotions are not going to help skin that has either been stretched beyond its normal elasticity (where you have a lot of stretch marks) or has been grown to help cover the additional surface area of your body (just like your skin grows to accommodate your growing body as a child, the same thing happens (albeit to a lesser degree) when you gain large amounts of weight and now have a significantly larger body that needs skin to cover it). Either your skin has some elasticity left (and will "snap back") or it doesn't (and it won't).
