OMG i cant get away from 202 lbs

What the hell am i doing wrong??? I have been 202 for about 3 weeks and i am 5 months out and about to be 6 months on the 13th of may.. I exercise 4 times a week... and i eat 3 times a day protein first

Have patience, i went through the same thing. Your body is adjusting to the rapid weight loss and needs to take a break, i stopped loosing for 2 months and i am 8 months out. But i started loosing again just very slow. It will start again dont worry

You aren't doing anything wrong search 5 month stall. it seems to be a common time for a stall. Just keep following your plan and the weight will come off again. Make sure you are getting in enough calories, protein, and water and avoid the simple carbs and it will drop again.

I hear ya!!! I went through the same thing at 5 months and it took 5 weeks to break the stall. I am 7 months out and now fighting another stall. Seems like I lose a few and hit a stall. I don't worry about it because I know the scale will move but weight loss does slow down after 6 months for some people. It has for me. Hang in there and up your protein, cut back on carbs if you're eating any and exercise. Soon you'll be in onederland.
