Sugar-Free Popsicles

What kind do you have? I never ate them post op, and I think they would be a nice option on days where my pouch isn't so happy. I'm just not sure what the best option is.

They have an off brand here I hate them
I have the breyers ice cream bars like 4-6g of sugar. I have one maybe twice a month.

EDAYS Outshine fruit bars with real fruit no sugar added yummy a lady in the hosp who was there when i was gave one to me they are ok'd by the Nut. yummy in the pouchy :)

If you are newly post-op I would NOT recommend natural fruit bars because they are not SF: they have sugar from the fruit in them.

I would stick to the Popsicle brand SF. There might be other brands, but that is all we have here that truly has NO sugar.

I just use plain old SF Popsicles. My taste has changed a bit since surgery, and I only eat the orange ones. My husband takes all the red (not sure what that flavor is) and grape to the shop. Those guys will eat anything! lol
