Eggs work perfectly (i've only done egg whites)

i haven't tried cottage cheese, it has always grossed me out pre-op so never touched it

Yougurt sits fine

and my diet say avoid peanut butter so i never touched it (i eat fruit now, but banana's i hear are iffy?)

The chicken it used to work fine, idk maybe i am just so tired of it i get sick now lol.

but tuna it sits fine i guess, but it has an after taste to me now that makes me fill sick later on have to brush my teeth like ever 20 minutes for the rest of the day when i eat tuna to keep the taste away

At your stage, I did a lot of chili, taco soup, lasagna soup, refried beans with meat, ect. Here are a few recipes that are pretty easy on the pouch and good enough for the whole family.
