Protein!!!

I've found some really good protein shots!! They are 35g each, 0 sugar and they taste like jello!! I'm looking for other things to try as well.. Any suggestions??

They are in bottles like those 5 hr energy shots..

some of the shots are only good as calories - and then even not so much. They are not good as protein supplements... wrong type of protein - unless all is from whey isolate... (they have some shots from whey)

My nutritionist is not a fan of protein shots. Says they are not the muscle building/preserving type of protein typically. She prefers it in powder, shakes or bars. I would make sure that you know all the facts about it before relying on it.

Mine too. Said that some actually say on the front they are from Whey but when you read it they are not really. They are really from collegen (sp?) and its we don't absorb it. I know the ones that come in test tubes she is really against
