can low vitamin levels cause aching leg pain
Magnesium would be more likely to cause cramps, not aching. It could possibly be low vitamin D, but aching legs isn't a real common symptom of any vitamin deficiency that I'm aware of.

Low magnesium and potassium can both result in muscle aches and cramping, as can low Vitamin D. If it is more nerve pain than muscle pain, it could be low B12. I am sure there are more... those are just the ones I know about (and remember that our Vitamin should be above 80 and our B12 should be on the upper end of the "normal" range).
