abdominal cramps

I feel like I ask a zillion and one questions.
OK so last Sunday evening I started to become nauseous and was unable to hold things down. I ended up in the ER Tuesday night after having a low grade fever and right sided pain- had a CT- which came back clear except I was completely impacted. The Dr. sent me home and I started warm prune juice, black coffee,mild laxatives. Well I finally got relief Friday and Saturday- the right sided pain stopped and all was good the remainder of the weekend.

Current problem:
I am all of a sudden having sever abdominal cramps on my left side that wont stop. Is this something to be worried about? I still haven't been able to eat for a week now.

it could be after effects of the laxatives, your bowels trying to push things along that just arent there. please go see your doctor, tho, please?
