I am happy to report that I am now 175. I have not weighed 175 since I was married 17 years ago. :-)

Yesterday I went out w/ my husband & some friends, for the 1st time in oh forever I was able to wear a size L shirt. It was form fitting but it didn't scream OMG she shouldnt wear that. Plus my pants were a size 14 down from an 18/20

I can honestly say I looked in the mirror & thought wow my legs look skinny!
