3 month surgiversary - update

I've been doing great since my surgery.  Down over 50 pounds since the start of the pre-op diet.  Went from a size 20W pants to a 10 petite.

I've not had any major issues.  I've thrown up twice, but that was because I didn't chew enough when first starting solid foods.  Since then, I've tolerated everything.  I'm a little OCD about portion sizes, so that's worked in my favor.

And I have collar bones!  Been since high school that I could actually see them!

So far, so good!

P.S.  I don't know why my ticker is not keeping up with my weight loss.  Not sure where to change that.

You change the weight in your health tracker and it will change it in your ticker. Great job!!! I'm almost 3 months out and not where close to a size 10....but I'll get there!!

Yeah, I changed the weight in my health tracker, but the ticket didn't update.

I never understand size changes like this. I am down 78 lbs since January (surgery in May) and have gone from primarily 26 to 22 and a few 20.

Which means I have gone down a size for every 26 lbs or so. You are down 5 or 6 sizes in 50? I wish I was in that bucket!!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I'm only 5 feet tall, so the weight loss is more dramatic...

Amanda, sooo happy for you! I wam hoping for those kinda results...I will be 1 month out tmrw..down just 28....just...really...I know that would never have been possible w/o surgery. My son gets married Sept 1st...I am hoping to be down another 22 lbs for a total of 50 by then. What kind of exercise regimen are you doing? I have not done a whole lot yet but am hoping to kick it up after my dr appt on Tuesday! Thanks for the info and inspiration!
