So I found these this morning in the grocery store and their nutritional profile was just too good to pass up. They are called Flackers Flax Seed Crackers. For 6 crackers it's 100 cals., 7g fat (only good fats, no sat. or trans.), 0 cholesterol, 8g Carbs, 7g Dietary Fiber, 0g Sugar, 5g Protein. I am avoiding starchy carbs whenever possible and I put my tuna fish on these crackers for lunch and it was awesome. I managed to eek out nearly 20g protein from my little lunch :). I found them on Amazon too for anyone interested:

Sounds good.   I use CrunchMaster's original which has the flax seed and quinoa, they are gluten free but only have 2g of protein.  I'll try these.

I bought them at Walmart, over where they have better cheeses, on top of the case.
