I felt the same way at first ! I never thought I would get this far. it does get a little harder towards my goal. But just stay focused and on plan. Don't get discouraged when weight loss slow down. If you use the tool it will come off ! I realy slowed down when I had lost about 150 . The scale barely moved for months , but I stuck to my guns and all of the sudden it just started coming off again. You can do it !

The Davis's are Amazing ! I see you had plastic surgery ! Thats my next step . I actually have an appt. With Dr. Lomonaco in Sept. What a small world ! Did you like him ? Were the results worth it?
