Updates on my pain

So last week I posted how I was regretting my RNY bc I was in so much pain...So on Monday I went to the doctor and guess what? I had a reaction to my stitches and they were starting to get infected... Lovely! But at least now I am feeling better. I have to be careful because my incisions are not all healed but at least the pain is almost gone. If it weren't for the 3 week stall (haven't lost a thing since day 15) I would be very happy right now. But I know it will get better so I just have to work on my patience. Thank you all for the kind words, you are the best support system ever.

So glad you are starting to feel better. I hope the weight loss stall ends for you as well. I noticed a tremendous slow down in weight loss since I started the soft food stage and it's such a bummer.

oh wow im sorry to hear that! im glad you were able to get it seen about before it got even worse!, i havent been on here much due to my crazy schedule so i know im late but congrats on your surgery!! hopefully now that, that issue has been taken care of you'll be able to get back on track!
