2 months post op & feeling great!

I've lost 37 lbs and I am still pushing forward to a better me! Still a work in progress with what food I can & cannot eat. I'm still struggling with chicken (white meat) unless its in an Atkins frozen meal, cannot eat shrimp. My nutritionist gave me the all clear and said I can now try ground beef. Still a little worried but I'm going to try it with a hard shell taco and see. I hope everyone is doing great and I'm happy with the decision that i've made!

You and I look to be neck in neck with each other..I started a bit higher and went 2 weeks earlier for surgery!  But as you say still a work in progress.  I do eat burger with no issues...white meat chicken has given me problems a few times...

We had surgery the same date and seem to be following a similar path but I was allowed beef the same time I was allowed other meats. I feel pretty good too although have lost only a pound or so in the last two weeks. I know it is my body's way of catching up so I'm not worried, but I will be happy to start losing regularly again.
