I go for my consultation on the 29th
I was told that when I went for my consultation I will meet with the surgeon and the NUT and will be there for like 9 hours. I was told that I have to see the NUT 3 times in this process in which two of them will be on the 29th ( one group session and one single one on one session) and the final one after my surgery. My question is what is next? I know I have to do the blood work, xray, scope but if I only see the NUT three times (which insurance won't pay for) what is after this visit? Do I have to meet with the surgeon again, my insurance don't have any requirements to lose weight or anything special! I figured that I would have a couple weeks sessions with the NUT and surgeon but the office said they would give me eating schedule and everything when I go in and set all my goals. Is that all I have to do and wait for them to call with my date?
Not sure what the requirements of you surgeon's program are but it sounds like you are getting close. Congratulations.
