Scale Victory & NSV (I think)
Woke up, hoped on the scale & what surprise did I see?? I am down 75.2 lbs! My goal is 100 so I am just 24 lbs away from my goal weight of 130. Tomorrow is 25 weeks since my surgery so on average I have lost 3 lbs a week in that time.
I was so excited to see that change on the scale I jumped & almost fell off the scale!
My NSV is I think my hair loss has slowed down. This is a victory to me since it means I'm getting enough protein in!
Congrats on the victory! I hope to see you on the loser's bench soon :) 1st appointment with surgeon is on the 29th :) As for the hair falling out I changed my diet about three months ago so the change after surgery would be easier and started having this problem too bad, my friend who is a hair dresser advised me to take Biotin as directed on the bottle and let me tell you in about two weeks I could really tell the difference!! I take the advised amount which is 5 tablets a day and now I am not losing much at all and can tell it is starting to grow back
