Spaghetti???

It's so easy to not chew well enough (I know I always just gulped it before surgery). After surgery I just cut everything into teenie tiny pieces.
I don't do spaghetti much though, to me, it's too many carbs and fat. I have eaten it 2 or 3 times in the past 2 years as kind of a treat.

Only way I can handle pasta is by cooking it creamy. If its aldente or normal I can only have a few bites. You might try replacing noodles with spaghetti squash

When I do eat pasta, I use angel hair, cook it for at least 10 minutes, and it goes down really good, but the more sauce the better.
