Spaghetti???

It's so easy to not chew well enough (I know I always just gulped it before surgery). After surgery I just cut everything into teenie tiny pieces.
I don't do spaghetti much though, to me, it's too many carbs and fat. I have eaten it 2 or 3 times in the past 2 years as kind of a treat.

I have only had it once in 16 months, and it was such a tiny amount and I have chosen not to get back on the pasta wagon. Too many carbs for me and I am just staying away. Good luck! Jane
