I had my surgery on September 2. I have lost 20lbs since, but for the last week...nothing. Has anyone else experienced this?

Completely normal...your body will take periodic little breaks at the beginning even just to take a breather. You wont lose every day, every week and eventually even every month.

oH CRAP !!!

You forgot to ask for the surgery where you loose 10 lbs every week !

Well nothing you can do now, your done. You will NEVER loose another pound........

And on that note-------BREATHE, get rid of the scale, work your plan and move.

It will happen, your body is in freak mode right now kiss

You will never lose daily or even weekly throughout your loss journey, the body will hold onto things occasionally as you are losing. Chart your loss here on OH and over time you will see a pattern emerge of losing, stopping, rinse, repeat. It's better to look at progress over the span of several weeks or months instead of days.

You will hit stalls through out your loss. It's your bodies way of says "Whoa, what the hell is going on here?"
