I'm just like you. It's just hard to accept when you see a pound or so a day and then it stops. I'm in panic mode but my husband (who had surgery 8 years ago) is just laughing at me.

I know its hard to be patient with the scale.  I feel the frustration!  But then I look at how far I've come and that I have 65 pounds to go to goal.  If I lost a pound a day I'd be done in 2 months and that is not going to happen.  So I journal food on Myfitnesspal and record exercise there.  Did a 5K on the treadmill today - who would have thought that would ever happen.  I do seem to be settling in to 2-3 pounds a week and am 8 weeks out.  20 lbs. in about 3 weeks is great - when were you able to do that before?  Hang in there with me and we will both get where we are going.

Lost the weight the first 3 weeks, now haven't lost a pound since then. Very frustrating.
