Fit Frappe

Heres the link to the item. The nut facts in the description is for a 16 oz serving. You just mix with water. Anyone tried it? Specifically the mocha one. Is it good? The stats seem ok to me. Thoughts?

They sell this at the cafe in the Hudson News in Midway Airport.  For a while it was my go to breakfast on Monday mornings.  I thought it was super tasty.
