Hair loss/leg pain

I am having a lot of hair falling out. I know it was to be expected, I just want it to stop. How long did it take yours to grow back? I am going to look for a wig soon it is getting so bad.

Also what vitamin helps with leg pain? I am wondering if I am missing something that is causing the horrible spasms. I am eating bits of bananas and have a potassium supplement I take a few times a week.

Leg pain often indicates a lack of potassium. If you are post op, you may not be absorbing all of the potassium you are taking. Give your surgeon's office a call for advice on the best way to deal with this.

Magnesium, salt, minerals... Some people use natural pickle juice...

If everything fails - try diet tonic, I use it once in a while...  I make sure most bubbles are gone..and I use it half with water.
