11days post op

Things are going well.  I have not taken anything for pain or nausea for past two days.  Today, i went Christmas shopping for short while, and to the nail salon.  I am hoping its all downhill from here.....oh, 20.5 pds down including pre op diet days. 

Good for you. It's good to get out and get some fresh air, just know that sometimes you can overdo it and feel really tired the next day. Wishing you a happy holiday!

We are in synch as my surgery was Dec 10. Shopping with my wife wiped me out this weekend. Only about 2 hours yesterday and 2 hours today. I feel like I ran a marathon! Best to you.
