I tried baked kale chips tonight

First time baking or eating kale chips. Super easy to bake and they were really good!
Those were not allowed for me for 6 months. Glad you tolerated them so early out!

I just love kale chips. I am currently on my preop diet so no kale chips for me for a while. They are so easy to make. This is what I do.
Break Kale up into 1 1/2 inch pieces or smaller, not too small though. Make sure you use the the really curly kind, I like organic because of the lack of chemicals
I spray the kale with Olive Oil spray, you can use regular olive oil but it can easily get too greasy, at least for me.
Kind of massage the oil into the kale. If you use the spray it doesn't take much spray to cover them..
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. First time I made them too salty and I love my salt.
You can also add other things, I like chili powder, or a bit of parmesan cheese.
I bake them on 275 degrees for a total of 20 minutes. I check at ten and kind of turn them over. Be careful cause they can burn easily.
Hope this helped and I hope you enjoy them.
