RNY & Depression

Just a note that Prozac has a history of just "stopping working"  I can tell you from experience it has happened to me three times.  One time was almost so bad I was afraid I was at a point of no return.  So, what I'm saying is, it may not be the surgery at all, but the medicine.  When this has happened to me I have had to switch to a new med and of course that's a pain finding one that works.  I used to go back to Prozac as soon as I could because it worked so well when it worked and it's cheap now.  But the last time was so bad, that I won't be going back on it.  Not worth the bottom falling out again. Just something to think about.
