I am becoming mentally strong too...
So today I hit 30 lbs gone forever. I have lost 12.7 since surgery. I hit my stall at the end of week 2. Thursday to Monday was driving me nuts. I would be up, then be down, but I knew that I was eating properly, tracking it, drinking what I should, and I knew I would be stalling soon, just wasn't expecting it to happen so soon. I decided I wasn't being active enough. Walking in this heat is too much for me because heat does horrible things to me and my body due to my Intracranial Hypertension. So I decided that I need to do something else. I had seen commercials for Daily Burn on tv, and figured I could give it a try, I get 30 days for free, why not. I am in love with it. It is like having a personal trainer, and the videos it chose for me are not out of exercise range, and it gives me modifications for each of the exercises. LOVE IT!!! Oh and it works on cardio, toning, and strength but at my level and needs. Today, big drop on the scale and I am jumping for joy, but really while that scale wasn't bulging, I could tell by how my clothes were fitting, and people have already been saying they could see it in my face and other places. So while in the past I got discouraged by those numbers on the scale, I now know not to be discouraged by the number because I know I am doing what I should. Just had to share with everybody.
