Celebrating 10th Anniversary of WLS Today!
Hi All,
Just wanted to share that today is my 10th anniversary of my WLS with Dr. Bell (Yale). I am very happy to say, I have maintained my 100 lb WL. Yes, there have been times when I have regained a bit, but by the grace of God and the tool Dr. Bell gave me, I was able to get back on track again. I will be eternally grateful to Dr. Bell, even though he is no longer at Yale :( - he gave me my life back. For those who are considering WLS, please do this for yourself! It's worth every difficult step!

Dear JA,
Well done & congrats. I am a long terms WLS patient & have maintained my lost weight BUT I am having some problems & what I've been told are very unusual symptoms. I feel Very irritable, tearful and Hungry -actually empty- after eating. This is especially after eating my midday meal -or any other but particularly so. I was wondering if you have any experience of such or similar symptoms.
Many thanks
Amy
