Holy Snake Balls!

I know it is just a number but when I saw 197 on my scale this morning it made me so ecstatic. I am finally in Onederland! On August 11th of last year I had gone to my PCP at my wits end. I asked for help and started the journey to WLS. At 5'2" and 332lbs I was having a very difficult time doing anything, including walking to my car in the morning. Now I am up and have over 4 1/2 miles in way before 7am. Wow, my life is different.

There have been so many NSV's along the way but the one I noticed yesterday was in my car. I looked down at my lap and I could see both sides of the seat. A year ago it was a tight squeeze both front to back and side to side. I have actually had to move my seat forward to reach the wheel a while ago.

I know my journey has just begun and the difficult part is yet to come. I want to thank everyone on this site who has given me so much inspiration and knowledge through your posts. I don't post often but I am on here reading daily.

Wow, You look fabulous. I seen a before and after pic of your profiles pictures. I had to look twice because you look so different.

I just can't wait to be on the losers bench....One more test to complete next week then they will submit request to insurance.

Thank you for the compliment. I am excited for you. I hope it all goes quickly with the insurance. My insurance approval was basically instantaneous. Then again my BMI was over 60. I wish you the best and can't wait till you are on the losers bench too!
