Really Frustrated
Be patient. Our bodies are in recovery · I am 2 weeks out & wanted to see a decrease on the scale by this time. I chart what/when I am taking in & also charting "output". This help my dietitian and I to easily go over my concerns thoroughly. (Especially when I don't see the numbers I expected). We all share the same disappointment of previous weight loss attempts. This is a new journey with new expectations. Hang in there!
