I happen to think Cedarlane's frozen beans, rice, and cheese burritos are pretty excellent.  260 calories, 1g fat, 7g fiber, and 13g protein each, and nearly always stocked in my freezer.

When I want a treat their prepared citrus lime shrimp is decent too.

Babybel light cheeses (blue ones)

Premier Protein shakes (they also will ship and deliver for free)

Detour simple protein bars

Fish fillets (individually wrapped) - love the mahi mahi

Filet mignon (they have the best meat)

Of course, I buy all of the essential supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, bottled water, kleenex, kitty litter, cat food (try to wait until they have coupons on them).

I have given up buying bulk foods because we don't eat enough now that the kids are grown up.

Hi, I was just reading your weights.  They are like mine. I'm so excited for you that you reached 130 in 8 months.   I've lost 24 pounds but this week I am stalked.  I'm on my third week since surgery and I've read it's pretty normal.  I'm going to Costco on Sunday.  Thanks for the ideas.
