Feeling funky today.

Hey everyone, I hope you all are having a good Sunday. I woke up feeling fine but keep feeling vey weird. I feel light headed and like I could pass out, have a little cold sweat and feel a little shaky. It seems to be getting better now than it was an hour or so ago. I do not know what is going on thinking maybe some blood sugar issues??? I had carbs in my breakfast today and I haven't had them in quite some time. I am wondering if it hasn't seen my blood sugar into some crazy up and down trend. 

Anyone out there have any advice? I am seven months out and have not had this issue before now. If it is low sugar levels what is the best way to handle the dips? To make things worse today I'm hosting my grandsons birthday party in less than one hour. ugg Hope it goes well.

Sounds like reactive hyperglycemia.

Protein forward. Did you have any protein with the carb breakfast, or just carbs?

Once it happens you have to wait it out.  Drinking a lot of water might help.

Never eat carbs unless you combine with protein.
