Lower face lift and neck lift are awesome.  Most painful surgery I had, but well worth it!

Hello E!

First, you have done a great job, inspirational! You look fabulous. I worked rally hard at cardio from 6 months post op until a year post op and then I switched my concentration to adding weight training. I do not lift to gain mass,  I lift to tone and build muscle as I had lost so much muscle. I have some loose skin on my lower abdomen that I can hide with my bathing suit and I have about a 4" of loose skin on both inner thighs ( started with about 10-12" od loose skin). I am religious with using moisturizing and firming lotions. I really feel that my cardio work helped my legs tremendously. My lower abdomen is not bad, I do not believe it will get better than it is without surgery. With that said, I can go to the beach and take my shirt off and I am comfortable with how I look now. I am 48 and am much healthier now that I was 20 months ago. Keep up the great work E!

Thank you!  You are doing a great job yourself!

What sort of cream do you use?  I haven't used anything yet but I'm thinking about it.

You're doing so great. I also have excess skin and the areas that bug me the most are my batwings (arms), stomach and breasts. I think it's gotten better with time but I'm only creeping up on two years out so I'm hoping it'll get better cause surgery scares me and think I'd just leave things as they are.

I had some skin and it looked worse right after losing all the weight... but over time some of it improved - and some got some fat redistributed so it looked better (fat got redistributed to under skin layer - vs inside my body...

I still had lots of skin so I decided to have Breast lift and 360-LBL . The first one - i HAD to have it for my sanity...the second one - I could live with it- but it definitely felt good to have it.. legs and arms - nope... I decided I will live with the extra skin.  but .. i am planning to have a face lift this year.. the age is more of a factor..

I'm 15 months out, 130 down- not at goal though. I've got that raisin look going on with my stomach; it is what it is IMO. I'm sure it will just increase in raisin like appearance over time- but I'm fine with it. My stomach is not droopy though-- that would have moved me faster toward wanted plastics. I can deal with shriveled raisin look,  just not droopy shriveled raisin LOL.

your arms look great-- my arms are where I would sink some money for plastics-- but since I don't have it- I'll live with it.

My arms are a mess!  They are one of the things I really dislike.  The only reason they look half way right in the photo is the tattoos distract the eye. LOL The struggle is real! As long as I don't stand and look at myself too long in a mirror I do ok. I think someday when I win the lottery I will get things fixed up but for now just hope it all settles out well.

You look phenominal by the by!

It was after my first WLS, but after loosing 230 lbs., I had a lot of excess from waist line, and it was bordering on causing infections.

I had a tuck done and it really helped me.

I was much younger then so that was the only area that would not shrink back and needed addressed.
