Hi everyone,

It's been just about a year (give or take) since I have taken over doing the daily RNY menu thread and I feel its time for someone else to take this on.

I'd like to thank everyone for your support, for posting your menus, posting your Photo Friday pics, putting up with all my crazy QOTD and putting in your accountability, you all rock!

I will be around, I am not leaving OH, I plan on continuing to support, guide and give advice.

I look forward to supporting the next person/s that takes this over, best of luck!

I cannot possibly thank you enough for doing this Daisy. I find it difficult to read every day. For you to post, and follow up with, so many people, day in and day out, was a Herculean accomplishment. You've helped a lot of people.

Glad you are sticking around for support because this week, a Canadian-based donut shoppe opened near me called Tim Horton's. So tell me how to avoid trying it out?
