G'morning all and TGIF!

What lovely pics from everybody. I love photo Friday because I feel like I get to meet everybody.

As I mentioned before we are doing mother's day this weekend, and we are going to a goat farm. Can't wait to take tons of pics of the kids with the goats. Other than that it will be a relaxing weekend enjoying each other's company and listening to all of DD's stories from college.

QOTD: Unintentionally stole a whole pack of water that was under my cart. We got to the parking lot and realized the mistake but was too tired to go back in. So I consider that my shoplifting adventure because I could have gone back but didn't.

The pic is of me happy in my first pair of Lululemon pants. I was always jealous of the other women at the gym with their LLL gears so was super excited I started to fit in their pants size 8!

Yesterday went super well, I was able to eat everything on my dietitians sample meal plan, got all my protein with no protein shake! Today however, I have already messed up. A few bites into my scrambled egg and I feel like I have a softball in my throat. I think I just forgot about careful and tried too much too fast...ouch.

Qotd: The first and only thing I stole was from The Fabric Place in Framingham MA. I was super young but I remember it vividly. They had these tiny purple flowers (for applique I think) in baskets on shelves. I thought they were beautiful, and I thought they were for taking, sitting there in the open at my eye level. I stuck my 4 year old hand in and came out with a couple dozen which I stuck in my coat pocket. We made it all the way home before Mom realized what I had in my pocket, and boy was I in trouble! I remember not really understanding why she was so mad because she had left the store with stuff too. It wasn't until the next day when we went back to the store and I had to return them all that I understood. I cried so hard because I didn't have grown up money to pay for them. That night though I found a stowaway flower caught in the seam of my coat pocket. I was so thrilled and I kept that tiny tiny thing for YEARS!

Accountability: awesome ended up at a respectable 510 calories for the day.

Bf: supposed to be 1 scrambled egg and 2oz cottage cheese..

MS: 1/4 cup cottage cheese

L: 2oz deli meat, laughing cow wedge

AS: 2oz Siggi's yogurt, 1scoop protein powder

D: 2oz canned chicken, 1t miracle whip

Late post but not as late as I have been lately! Work started at 5am and I'm not done yet but at least I can finish working from home for the rest of my day.

Hi Julia and Menu Family!

I can't believe I totally forgot to post yesterday so I'm doing it now, even though no one will probably see it. I did read everyone's responses and see all the great photos!

QOTD: Nothing as a child. I inadvertently "stole" a bag of potatoes that was on the bottom of my cart at Walmart once and I didn't go back and pay for them because they had over charged me on something else so I figured we were even.
