Good morning! It's Photo Friday! Let's see everyone's happy selves :)

Every day is a weekend for me right now, so...that's pretty amazing! I had another great day yesterday, and got to visit with my family. Although somehow Grim managed to talk me into the two of us laying in wood floors to replace my parent's wall to wall carpeting. Is he crazy? Am I even crazier for agreeing? Probably yes to all :)

For my photo Friday I decided to do a recycled Before & After that I posted before. My Before pic was from the night before my LapBand surgery almost 10 years ago! Sometimes I forget just how big I was.


Accountability: Had my first summer ice cream (fro-yo, actually) at a diary farm last night. I had about 1/2 of a kiddie cup and I regret nothing!

QOTD: Did you ever steal something when you were a kid? When I was about 8 or 9 a few of the neighbor kids and I were in a convenience store and one of them dared us each to steal candy. I was so nervous! Remember those packages of gum-balls with like 10 in a pack? I opened a pack and stole ONE. Lol. Th other kids were so mad at me. And I was too scared to go back to that store until after college! I was sure there was a picture of me behind the register and they were just waiting to press the silent alarm and have me arrested. That was officially the end of my life of crime...

QOTD: I stole gum as a kid and got caught. They didn't lock me up but scared me to death.

B; coffee and overnight oats with blueberries

L: chicken soup with veggies

D: chicken Tikki masala with asparagus

S: Greek yogurt, protein drink, strawberries

ex: rest day

Monday in NYC at the High Line walking park, and Tuesday power dressing for my Annual Board meeting. BTW the vegan dinner dilemma was I ended up eating a plate of vegetables doused in olive oil for dinner. Oh well.

Good morning JB and Menu crew. Happy Friday. Enjoy your time off! You are lucky that Grim can tackle all of those projects, I try but am not as handy as I think I am. I am debating on whether I can refinish a wood floor in our house or not???It is supposed to rain tomorrow and Sunday, will get the lawn mowed when I get home tonight. I have mowed twice already and have done it by push mower and not with the tractor. It is funny living in a development, I have had two neighbors ask me if my tractor was broken....LOL. ( it is not, I have decided to pu**** to get exercise and get the lawn done, it takes me longer...but I enjoy it.

Accountability was good - I changed my plans and ended up with less than planned calories..

QOTD - I have never stole a thing.
