I'm only 7 months out from surgery, down almost 100lbs but my weight hasn't budged in almost 3 months. I couldn't figure out why but after reading the daily menu posts I realized that I've been eating way too much! (And drinkingvtooa soon after meals.)

so I wanted to give a big thank you to those of you who post what you're eating for the day. It's actually been more helpful to me than the team nutritionist I sometimes see.

Also how much are you drinking? Most docs say that 64 oz is enough but I found that I need 100oz or MORE. You might want to up your fluids for more loss. Remember that it doesn't have to be jus****er.

I am making this my newest goal- to stop in everyday and see what's going on in OH. ? And I definitely am getting in my liquids (usually Crystal Light because I tend to sip it where I'll usually just chug water for some reason, and that gets me nauseous). Thank you for the supportive reply!

Many folks keep to a calorie ceiling of 600 - 700 calories of dense protein during their weight loss phase. I'll be if you pull your intake back to that, eating slowly and not drinking for at least 30 minutes afterwards, you will see movement on your scale. Definitely join us on the menu thread!
