I liked the look of the Saatva, and it was the only one of several online dealers i looked at that would take away the old one. But we bought the last one without trying it, and I felt better about testing several in the store before buying.

I don't blame you.
On Saatva site it said they will exchange it for another of their mattress if not satisfied, I can't remember for how many months you could have it.

Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,

Queen JB - OMG OMG OMG! The wait was worth it. You're the total package and these companies recognize it. Good for you but also good for them! What time should I be expecting a call from your new employer to let them know how awesome you are and that they need to reflect that in the financial package.

No other comments needed. It's all about Queen JB today as she proudly dons the crown.

QOTD- Extra Strength Tylenol and myself are good friends. We visit each other sometimes now but we were together multiple times a day for the last few years. My doctor said 3000mg max/day and I hit that occasionally last year. My pain pills alone had 325mg of aspirin so I took 1000mg/day. Related question, how many times have you been offered NSAIDs by doctors despite making it clear previously that you can't take them?

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: grilled shrimp in BBQ sauce from Memphis. I haven't even looked how much sugar is in the sauce. What I don't know can't hurt me, right?

D: 1/2 shrimp Po boy, broccoli.

S: string cheese.

I'll get some doctors who understand, and say no NSAIDS even before i can bring it up. I have others who seem to think I'm being eccentric. But they all go along with it.

They wanted me on blood thinners after surgery, and prescribed daily aspirin. When I explained, they switched it to Xarelto.

I was prescribed a time release when I told them I couldn't do it and it landed me in a chair drooling for about 6 hours. Scary.

After the umpteenth time I had them put in my file that I am allergic to NSAIDs, so no more offerings.

Good morning ~ Congrats on the next step for job #1 and a new mattress! Of course they equal tacos, duh. I made a lot of progress yesterday at work, so my schedule today is looking better than I thought which is nice. I haven't been able to finish a few books I started. I may just scratch them and start something new but I have book guilt, if that is a thing.

QOTD - Yes, on and off. After surgery - for years even, I didn't think it did anything but I was used to magical Advil. It took a while to feel some relief from Tylenol. It's quite subtle compared, but it does help. I have taken them a lot for pain like my hip or cracked ribs. I rarely use it anymore but don't hesitate if need to take the edge off, which is all it really does.

Accountability - perfect, which is why this upsets me - 189.1 today. Okay - hydration, fluctuations, who knows what, but come on. On a better note - I switched my night and morning routine around a bit to ward of some anxiety and it seemed to work. I got on the treadmill and tiktok'd my way through 25 minutes this morning. As simple as that was, it took planning to remove barriers and change my thinking to make that happen. I will continue to fine tune.

B- coffee x 4, L&F yogurt

l - turkey and swiss sandwich on keto bread w/let/tom/pickles

d- 2 TJ's chicken taquitos, let/tom/onion, 0% yogurt, shredded FF cheese, taco bell sauce

s- beef jerky

Have a great day!!
