I have to remind myself of fluctuations all the time when I'm up a pound yet have been "good". Anything less than 2 lbs when you've been very accountable is pretty much always due to water retention or full intestines. But yea - it's always a disappointment. I was up half a lb last week after being "good" all week. So frustrating. Hopefully it'll be gone tomorrow (my official weigh day)

Good job on the breaking barriers and getting on the treadmill. If you need something new to start, check out The Last One by Will Dean. I pretty much read it in two sittings, it sucks you in.

Keep at it. It's just a tiny obstacle. You will overcome this and will slide down the scale once again.

Good Morning! Lots of exciting things going on that I agree 3 tacos is in order. I think the concert is a go for tonight so that'll be fun, plus spending time with Em is a bonus.

QOTD: I do take it when needed. It seems to at least take the edge off of a headache and things like that. I occasionally take it for my ankle but I don't think it does much for that.

Have a great time at the concert. I don't even need to say have a great time with Em. It's a given you greatly enjoy mother / daughter time.
