A new kind of CPAP mask

There is a new Cpap mask that is fantastic. It is made from parachute material. You can read with it on. You can watch tv. No more preassure on the sinuses, no more feeling clostraphobic, no more finding the mask every where else but on my face in the mornings. No more face sweating all night. The mask is called the "sleep weaver". For me changing over to this new mask was the best thing that had happened to me in a very long time. My Cpap mechine was not doing me any good since I was taking it off in my sleep. I was still waking up ready to lay back down and take a nap, I was still exhausted every day, I was waking up with my mouth drier the a freaking desert, and now.... Now I sleep... now I sleep most of the night, now I am not exhausted before I even get out of bed in the morning.... ;;

yes my insurace company paid for it... I have Aetna... I do have to tell you that it did take about 2 months to get it due to the back log of orders...but once I got it I have been beyond happy with it. Only people who use Cpap could possibly uinderstand that statement...I have not slept this well in many many years...

I checked the site out and too bad it states its only sold in US not yet in Canada. This would be so great for me since I've been breaking out with rashes on my face each time I use my mask. I follow proper cleaning to exact instructions and no relieve yet. I've got resmed swift 4 her.

I'm in Canada too Spring__ and perhaps if we contacted them or had the place where we get our machines contact them it may encourage them to start selling them to Canadian suppliers.

Hi all, I've contacted the company manufacturing the mask. I have been told that they have just recieved code which enables them to begin the proccess of allowing them to sell directly to Canada and home healthcare providers. They are predicting Canadian mask sales to be available August 1/10. Cross your fingers it's sooner

I think the reason they are only sold in the U.S. is because the software that runs their website can only process orders in the U.S.  I run an online store with the same platform as the SleepWeaver website. If you call the company they should be able to process an order to Canada through check or money order I believe.

I was talking to my pulminary specialist about it and he started laughing... He calls it the victoria secret of cpap masks.... and when I really looked at it I could understand why... but it really is the best mask I have ever used....
