I'll be three years out in November... I did start gaining weight in november (30lbs) but that was due to medication, depression, and chronic pain..

about a week ago I started going back to the basics and have already lost 10lbs... only 20 more to go!!

Why do you ask hun?
Met my Goal of 135lbs in 7 months!!

My lowest was 98lbs... now I am 129lbs.

First off... CONGRATS on your surgery!!! Buckle up hun, its a WILD ride!!!

I couldn't really handle the protein shakes (most can) they made me nausious..... untill I found the atkins premade shakes.... thats what I used for a year or so

Now, I can drink protein shakes

Yes, I've been able to maintain a good weight. When I gained the 30lbs... I was 140, as of this morning I was 130... I wanna get back to 110 so I can bounce between 112-117lbs as thats what my warbdrobe (sizes) constist of, I took a multivitamin, but had to do so on a full tummy.

My strongest suggestion is that as soon as you are cleared to work out, do so!! It helps w/the loose skin and go****s great for the mind, body, and soul... I promise it is.

Some relationships MAY become astrayed so get ready ffor that

Stick to the guidelines,,,, remeber, you are paying for a life altering surgery to finally win the battle from obesity. This is a TOOL not a miracle worker. You have to do your part is you want the results

If you EVER have any questions please feel free to send me a message and I would bemore than happy to try and help the best I can :)

Goodluck darlin!
