I everyone.  I am 12 days post op feeling good, just so tired of protein shakes. I have advanced my diet without and problems. Not sure how far I should pu****  I started back to work this Monday and things are fine.  I am not hunrgy just looking for a way to get more protein without shakes.  Any ideas?

What about adding unflavored whey to yogurt, etc? Not sure what you can eat yet since you are only 12 days out - I would stick with the shakes as long as you can....once you can eat meat, it gets better!!  - Kris

Got an ice cream maker?? Make protein ice cream! Are you changing up flavors? What are you allowed to have right now? Full liquids?
