My stall....
Amen to that. I have lost over 100 pouinds since September 2009. I have lost 57 pounds since WLS 12-6-2010. Somedays I will lose 3 pounds and then nothing for a week or 2 and then lose 5 to 6. I take 2-3 short walks a day and feel great.
I fell a few weeks ago and bruised my ribs etc. I did not break anything and with my bone density numbers before surgery it would have been a slam dunk for a broken bone.
I am just thrilled I am not gaining.
Not nearly perfect but I start each day with a new intention of doing the best I can and I leave the rest to God and He does not forsake me.
