My new breakfast - Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Sausage

I'll be the first to admit that I don't really cook.   So basically all that I eat is 'heat up and eat' things :)

Lately I've been struggling with something 'breakfasty' to eat.  I can't eat eggs for some reason, they feel like a rock in my sleeve and I can only get half of one in.  Which is strage because I can eat anything else I've tried.

Anyhow, Market Fresh (target's generic brand) makes a bunch of flavored big chicken sausage links.  Right now I'm eating the sun dried tomato chicken sausage with a Tbsp of sour cream because it's a smidge spicy (but then again, I'm in MN and most everything is spicy to us!)

Total including the sour cream is 110 calories, 2 carbs and 12 protein.  So if you're looking for some different breakfast type food.  Check out Target :)

Costco and Sam's Club have similar chicken sausages - all are very yummy and great stats!

Yum! I was just thinking about getting some sausages to add to my breakfast routine. I usually get them when I'm out at brunch. Sun dried tomato sausages sound delish!

How many is a serving - 2?

Also, I heart my SuperTarget!

You know how I know that I go to Target too much?  My kids now wave to the cashier's they know *laugh*  We are there all the time it seems :)

Each sausage is big, about the size of a fat hotdog.  So each sausage is 1 serving.  It's perfect and too be honest I just microwave it for a minute instead of heating it in a frying pan and it's still tastes good!
