How Do I Get My Surgery Date To Show?

Ok, I cant figure this thing out. lol. I noticed a lot of ppl have their surgery date showing unger their pics, with their surgeons name... How do I get mine to show up? Thanks in advance  : )

Go to your proflie - under your picture is some options, go to 'My Journey' - then 'add a surgery'
