5 MONTHS = 101 LBS..WHO KNEW?

Just 4 days after my 5 month surgiversary I went from 99 lbs lost to 101 lbs lost! The last 2 days I felt like I was eating more calories than I have in the past months, which put me at about 550/day...but I guess my body needed those calories to burn fat lol. The journey so far hasn't been tough, thank God, and I look forward to reaching goal this summer. If your a newbie or pre-op - be encouraged... this surgery DOES work...and it WILL work for you if you follow your surgeon/center's guidelines. Best of luck! - Linda
