Great Recipes Web Site

 Hey Everyone! I just found the best web site ever for weight loss surgery recipes -- everything from eggs to poultry to beef to fish and on and on. Everyone looks delicious, easy to make, and high in protein.  The site is called "Living Well After Weight Loss Surgery."  Here's the address:

The site also has a "library" with reading material about weight loss surgery.  Evidently, however, the writer's group does not have much information about VSG surgery; nevertheless, the information is very informative and helpful.

I'm so excited to find these recipes. They look like food we can prepare for our families also. Now I'm even more anxious to get past the mushy stage and try eating "regular" food again.
