My my my...ok so I'm going to see Prince AGAIN on Thursday...he so ROCKS =)  Yesterday's CARBS has lead to unleashed hunger.  I've taken my acid pill (noticed I have more hunger feeling in my tummy after carbs) and I'm mentally gearing UP to do battle!!

LND:  Little Spaghetti; Chicken, Ham, Dessert

B:  Bacon & Eggs
S:  N/A
L:  1-2 Cups Homemade Split Pea Soup
S:  ??
D:  Popeyes 2 piece
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 100oz (16oz so far)
Steps:  Goal 11,000 (1,500 so far)
Vitamins:  On target
Attitude:  HUNGRY

Last night's dinner -- one bbq beef rib.

pre B coffee lots of it.
B scram. egg w/cheese
L tuna (need to eat in the car...may make 1/2 tuna sandwich
on a light (lo cal) hamb. bun.)
S (in the car...hmmm. ALMONDS!) TJ pack ! (if hungry)
D Out with family....hmmm.

Weird day. Going on job interviews. Need food in car that won't spill on me !!!!

L: 1/2 Stuffed green pepper
S: probably yogurt
D: Shrimp and a vegie
 

Water: Yes!!
