Memorial Day BBQin'
Just now getting the smoker fired up....6 brisket, how ever many ribs I grabbed in the basket at the store....and 2 chickens....for a late lunch today.....
All this(except the chickens which cook quick) will be ready by the morning for an early family lunch tomorrow....I have a big family....both in size and size....they can eat alot....as I used to be able to....now I cook less to eat, but to hear the praises lol
Time to play angry birds while waiting for the pit to get hot later this morning....crud...forgot to eat breakfast....

I work the 7pm-7am shift tonight. So I'll be sleeping a lot of the day tomorrow. But hopefully not too much because I have to be able to sleep Monday night because I work at 8 am on Tuesday morning. This flip-flopping my nights and days is hard!
