I am considering the VSG but cant find much on success. Im terrified of gaining. Has anyone had this surgery 2 or 3 years out? Are you maintaining?

There are many out there who have succeeded in their weight loss goals and are maintaining.  Most of them don't post on here much anymore as they are busy living their new active lifestyles!  They do however stop in and post updates now and then.

The tool (our sleeves) will help get you to your goal, much of maintaining that goal is totally up to you.   You won't get to your goal and then suddenly just start gaining for no reason.

I've been at/ below goal for a few months now.  It's not hard.  You will find maintainers on the maintenance board.

This might be a better place for you to find long term stories.  Personally, I cannot imagine regaining much weight, unless I was foolish and ate high calorie, high fat foods all the time.  I still eat high protein, low carb.  It really isn't difficult.
