I AM SO EXCITED TODAY!! i JUST FOUND OUT THAT I WAS APPROVED.. AFTER ON 4 DAY OF SUBMITTING!!! I AM SO BLESSED AND READY FOR THIS LIFESTYLE CHANGE.

I PLAN ON STARTING NOW NOT TO THE EXTREME BUT JUST STARTING WITH SMALL CHANGES. BUT REALLY I ALREADY HAVE. I STOP DRINKING POP COMPLETELY, PRACTICING CHEWING MY FOOD SLOWLY, AND ABOUT TO CLEAN OUT MY KITCHEN!!!!

I didn't start off extreme either. Actually, I don't remember giving anything up before surgery. I already knew how to diet and just wanted to enjoy my last few big meals, if that makes sense. With that being said. I wish I had made some changes, which would have possibly caused me to lose some weight. I would probably be at goal now. So good for you
